What stays free? Be specific. Readers worry about losing what they already have.
How much does it cost? Monthly and yearly prices, and the currency.
Can I cancel? Explain how, in one step, and what happens to access when they do.
Do you offer discounts? Students, groups, or readers in lower-income countries, if you do.
Can I expense it? Mention whether you provide receipts with your business details.
I paid but cannot see paid posts. Explain how to sign in with the same email address they paid with.
Tone
Write it like a reply to a friend's email. Short, warm and specific beats legal-sounding.
